PAYMENT

Price does not include Shipping, Handling, or Insurance. The full payment amount (painting plus shipping/handling/insurance) must be paid before artist begins painting client's commission. If purchasing a piece from the Portfolio page, the full payment amount plus shipping/ handling/insurance must be paid before item is shipped. Please provide your name and physical address where you want your painting shipped to, zip code, telephone number and indicate if address is business or residence. No Post Office Boxes.  

  Payment for all products on this website is by PayPal in American dollars payable to the artist Jay Kyle Petersen. No refunds, and no returns of artwork. All sales are final. Artist is not responsible for shipping damage should it occur. Artist does not share or sell personal contact information (name, address, email, phone number). Client is responsible to notify artist of any changes in address and telephone in a timely manner within 7 days of such change. Failure shall result in forfeiture of the painting and all monies paid.
